Superstar Volunteers Needed

Cleaners 

We need volunteers to help with the day to day cleaning here at our HQ in Rangiora. Start time around 9am. Any day of the week or weekend

Due to the constant kitten season, what usually takes around 3-4 hours is taking longer but any help is appreciated whether you do inside or outside only or both. 

Jobs include: Changing and washing litter boxes, changing bedding and water, topping up biscuits, sweeping, wiping surfaces down, hanging out/folding washing and vaccing. 

You will be dealing with pee, spew, poop etc so must be fine with cleaning it up. We would love someone who can carry out tasks independently or alongside other volunteers. Cleaning must be done thoroughly for the health of the cats. 

You need to be confident with handling cats from all backgrounds, however you are not expected to interact with wilds. 

Also needed Cat Socialisers for timid cats in the Kitty Klubhouse. This involves spending time with less social cats in an enclosure, playing with them, talking to them, brushing them or just sitting with them. 

Monday - Friday Afternoons whenever suits. Plenty of payment by way of Kitty cuddles. Help enrich these cats lives.

SUPERSTAR FOSTERS NEEDED

Do you have space in your home and your heart for a foster cat or kitten or two?

What is involved in fostering you say? You will need to provide nothing more than a safe space for a feline or a few, and the ability to transport them to vet appointments. Kitty Kingdom will provide everything else that is needed.

You may be interested in fostering anything from special needs to mums with kittens, orphaned babies that need bottle feeding to a singleton......whatever you prefer!
